- The equipment ordered will be dispatched/handed over within 2-3 days from our
New Delhi office to the courier company from the date of receipt of the payment
through the payment gateway. - The anticipated normal transportation/delivery period will be within 3-5 days
minimum from the date of dispatch depending upon the location etc. - Any damage of the equipment during the transit the product to be reported
immediately to the company on receipt of the equipment at the customer’s end. - Any repair/replacement will be carried out from our New Delhi Office only.
- The Company’s obligation under the warranty shall be limited to repair/
replacement of damaged parts only as the discretion of the company. - Replacement period of the equipment is limited to any manufacturing defects
only. However, any damages during the transportation will be carried out within
07 (Seven ) days from the date of receipt of the equipment at our factory
premises. - Any damage of the equipment during transportation, the Repair or Replacement
will be carried out at our main factory/office address i.e. 61 DSIDC Complex,
Okhla Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi 110020.
